Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

Last updated November 2, 2026

Scope and subscriptions

Get Booked Studio provides the services described in your signed storefront agreement. This statement does not replace your signed scope, selected pricing, or existing Terms of Service.

Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel with 14 days’ notice through our contact form. The same notice applies to optional monthly care. Buyout ownership remains with the client.

Third-party services and liability waiver

Your storefront may depend on third-party services such as Stripe, Google Calendar, hosting providers and domain registrars. These providers operate independently of our studio; availability and operation remain subject to their own terms and service status.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the client agrees that Get Booked Studio is not liable for outages, downtime, interruptions or resulting losses caused by these third-party platforms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party payment processing, calendar availability or domain services. This waiver does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Client-provided media and permissions

The client retains full responsibility for the authorized use of all media and images they provide, including photographs, video, logos and other materials. The client must own these materials or obtain the licenses, permissions and releases needed for the studio to use them on the client’s website.

Providing media does not transfer responsibility for copyright, trademarks, privacy rights or third-party permissions to the studio. The client must promptly identify any restriction or request to remove unauthorized material.

Questions and existing agreements

For service questions, cancellation notices or requests about an existing agreement, contact our studio through our contact form. Your signed agreement and applicable law continue to govern your services. This public statement does not collect a signature or amend an existing signed agreement.
